Panther-bodies are a rarity in the UK. I don't think the salesman understood why I was so excited to test drive this one.

Panthers may be boats, but they’re still an experience. I honestly do miss my Crown Vic. It was like driving a squishy recliner, but with a V8.

It’s only overhyped because people have a bad mental frame of time to judge reliability by.

The upside? You can upgrade that MGM real easy. PI headers, 80mm intake, and a proper tune.

What are you talking about? Sure its slow, but it really sounds good. And while regular civilian Panthers don’t handle well, they’re so comfortable.

Just got told in my panther group, those are stock fleet wheel covers for the MGM.

To quote verbatim: T hose are the stock, base, fleet car special wheel covers for a ‘06+ GMQ.

I want a 4.6 Mustang coupe with a manual, but they’re kind of hard to find when you have no way of getting around. Right now, I’m just looking for a cheap car locally that won’t depreciate until I find one. Still love the panther-bodies though.

Could just look for something cheap and Japanese for the time being...a Civic or Accord or the like. Lots of Koreans that would be fine for that job for the time being as well. My 2009 Accent hatch has been very reliable and they aren’t expensive.

Will accept anything in decent condition right now, from a small hatchback to a truck. I looked at a Civic the other day, but it had no oil in the engine. Just need to see what pops up for sale. That Marquis would be great, but its a bit expensive.
